The Storys Building has a history that matches it’s name. Located in Torontos’ Entertainment District, the multi-level event venue known for holding TIFF after parties. Built in 1925, the building’s historic status is maintained through carefully curated branding.
100 years after construction, IconInk approached us with the goal of updating their look and feel. The idea was to maintain The Storys Building’s established identity, but create a base design for it’s more commonly held events like Weddings and Corporate Events.From the existing look of sleek black and gold, we moved toward a more colourful and rustic palette with an updated font package, pack and website. Subtle nods to the original brand like gold foiling allowed a smooth visual transition.
